Das Blau, LLC is located in New
York City. All our products are conceived in New York, and being
brought to life in Asia.
Do you ship internationally?
Das Blau, LLC ships directly to customers
all over the world. Our standard shipping method is through USPS.
However, we can accomodate special requests for expedited shipping
depending on urgency.
International orders are subject to addtional duties
and taxes beyond our shipping price. Since each country charges
different rates, we cannot predict what these charges will be,
althought VAT for EU countries can be as high as an additional
18%.
Das Blau, LLC does not refund shipping costs on returned orders.

What is your return policy?
Our intention is to design and build products that meet
your needs. For that reason all Das Blau, LLC products purchased
directly from this Web site carry a complete satisfaction guarantee.
If, at anytime within 30 days of receiving your product, you are
unsatisfied for any reason simply contact us for an exchange, repair
or refund depending on the damage. Unfortunately, this does not
cover damage that was the result of misuse. We apologize, but shipping
charges on returned products cannot be refunded.
Products returned for refund will be credited within 5-10 business
days of the receipt of the item(s) and the refund can only be in
the form of a credit to the original purchasing credit card or
store credit.
To return a product for any reason, simply send
the product back with a brief note as to the reason for the return
as well as your name, order number, or some other means of identifying
